01. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Our products are freshly baked every day and shipped out by the afternoon.

Any orders placed after 1 pm are shipped out the next day with a fresh batch.

We ensure that products are fresh when they reach you.

The order is estimated to be delivered within 4-7 days, however, the courier provides us with an estimated delivery date and it's not a guarantee.

Also, we do not charge any additional shipping costs. Shipping is free all over India.
02. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

An order can be canceled before it is shipped.

We ship our orders within 24 hours so a cancellation request can be raised on the same day the order was placed.

Due to food safety and hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of the product. However, if you receive a tampered/damaged package, you reserve the right to reject it. After carefully reviewing the matter, we will process a refund within 5-7 working days.
03. PRODUCT POLICY

Our products have a shelf life of 21 days from the packed date.

However, this is only valid if stored properly in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.

As these are baked goods without preservatives, this also varies according to the climate at your place.
